Not working either - Xcode 14.1.RC.2, watchOS 9.2 20S5331e

Xcode 14.1RC2, watchOS 9.2 build 20S5331e same problem for several days now. Still stuck unable to build

xcode14.1.RC2 with WatchOS 9.2beta 20S5331e having the same issue with the new Apple Watch Ultra.
