Reply to Receiving message "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong" when trying to access Certificates Identifiers & Profiles page
@DTS Engineer @DTS Engineer Thank you for the clarification. The target team is an Individual Apple Developer account, not an Organization account. My Apple ID is added to the team with the Admin role, which works correctly in App Store Connect. However, as noted in the documentation you linked: ‘Note: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.’ Please let me know how this can be resolved for an Individual account, or if access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles is restricted to the account holder only. I need access to the certificates page to complete app signing, or guidance on the correct process to proceed in this situation.

@DTS Engineer I’ve already verified all of the points mentioned: I am signed in with the correct Apple ID The Apple Developer Program membership is active There are no billing issues The invitation was accepted, and the account holder has confirmed my current role as admin I experience this issue regardless of browser. The problem persists even when set as developer or admin, the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles page still returns “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong.” Please advise whether this requires Apple Support intervention to resynchronize or repair the Team ID. Based on my observation, this appears to be a known issue. Thank you for your assistance.
