This happens to me as well, seems to be triggered if I start the back swipe before the presentation animation completes. This used to work perfectly on iOS 18 but has been broken all summer in iOS 26. Probably gonna need to disable the zoom transition before release unfortunately.

Thats great, thank you for the reply! In my case I will need to localize the prompt because input might include user created exercises that they have named in their native language. Still great to know that this can be an option.

Unfortunately it still doesn't seem to work in Seed 3. I updated the feedback with device logs and a small sample project I use to test this. The button on the iPhone Lock Screen works as expected but on the watch nothing happens. FB13946432
