There is a quality problem silently being addressed by Apple. The problem is caused by the update of the firmware, which then bricks the device. Symptom is that the device can never fully reboot again sometimes just showing a flashing white light, other times going through the boot cycle showing the Apple logo and then immediately rebooting again. I’m on my 3rd Apple TV 4K replacement under this pseudo warranty recall going on. it’s a free replacement only if your time is worth nothing

Did you ever identify a root cause by walking the pbxproj text or otherwise? I'm getting the same on some projects and not others; none from GitHub, all originating locally.

I have one project where the error reappears periodically and deleting the derived data folder (perineal bug fest since 2023) restores the ability to build cleanly... for a while. I have 8 other projects that won't build no matter what... stuck on Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code
