Just noticed the in another context was referring to my own post. I've reported a bug and the bug number is FB13447648.

Thank you for pointing me to that thread. Looking at the status the issue should be fixed on iOS 16.1? But we are still seeing it on iOS 16 and iOS 17, I've only managed to get an Apple crash report from iPadOS but there are also user crashing on iOS. I've submitted a new bug report FB13447648 and hopefully it will get resolved. In the meanwhile do you have any suggestion if there is a workaround?
