Reply to NIERROR_ACCESSORY_PEER_DEVICE_UNAVAILABLE_DESCRIPTION (Code=-5882) occurs when running NISession for Nearby Interaction.

I implemented the NearbyInteractionService correctly as mentioned in the spec and the problem was resolved.
