Find the misaligned initial focus on newly appearing view

Fact: #EXT-X-SESSION-KEY in master manifest and #EXT-X-KEY in video manifest refer to same url. The video manifest reading top to down: first segment unencrypted, #EXT-X-KEY, second segment encrypted Symptom: The request for #EXT-X-KEY comes more than 10 seconds after encrypted segment causing 'encrypted key received slow' issue

Update: The failure to play encrypt segment only happen in simulator where it retries the key request after 10 seconds, while in physical device playing same video, the key is only requested once and encrypt segment can be played.
