I am have the exact situation. Hawstein, The flow you explained happened to us in this exact order. We also created a second paid apple dev account since it effects our business but had the same thing. I see the enroll button and don't see certificates page. I also get an error when I try to go to certificates page manually: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'XXXX' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support Hope someone can help solve the issue. We created ticket for Apple Dev support but no information from the support team after almost two weeks. It has just ben escalated to support manager but stuck there.
