I have the same issue, i purchsed the membership , but no one is replying to my tickets

same problem ... account charged by its pending status If its pending and i recived an email that payment is done Why do they show me this message : Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. There is clearly something wrong here !!!!
