I've been dealing with the same issue for the past five days. I updated, and now none of my e-sims work. I installed a new e-sim from Turkey, but there is still no service, and my e-sim from Sri Lanka does not appear either.
I contacted Apple support several times, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I am unable to make any bank payments or perform any SIM-related tasks. I'm at a loss for what to do. Please let me know if you have any quick suggestions.
When I activate my e-sim with a regular sim, the regular sim also loses service. When I remove all of my e-sim cards, the normal sim card begins to function.
