Hello,
We are trying to enroll a company in the Apple Developer Program.
Unfortunately, during the enrollment process, multiple Apple IDs were used to submit enrollment requests for the same company.
All enrollment attempts were made from the same device and network.
Now every account shows:
“Maximum number of attempts exceeded. Please contact us.”
Additional information:
We have not reached the payment step.
We have not received any enrollment approval or rejection emails.
We already contacted Developer Support and were told to wait for a response, but it has been over a week.
Questions:
Is there a cooldown period before enrollment can be attempted again?
Does this indicate an account-level restriction or a company-level enrollment lock?
Should we continue using only the earliest Apple ID and wait for Developer Support?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
