Did you find a solution? As far as I know it works if instead of public.data I use [.fileURL] but then any file can be dropped.

I have to use UITextField because I need a bar above the keyboard to input special caracters. In iOS 14, SwiftUI does not have an inputAccessoryView impleneted.
