The ManagedSettingsStore has a limitation of blocking only up to 50 apps, as per Apple's documentation: Apple Documentation - Blocked Applications. If you're trying to block more than 500 apps, this limitation will prevent all of them from being restricted.

We have also raised a feedback in the Feedback Assistant. The Feedback ID is FB15631973.

I have tested the same in iOS 18 Beta 4 and the results are the same. Still the event callbacks are inconsistent.
