I have received an email which states 'We’ve been unable to verify an association between the organisation name and website URL provided in your enrolment.' My company name and URL share the same name and only differ slightly with an added word afterwards, they are 80% the same. Furthermore, my website contains official company address & LTD name. There is proof of a link. The agent is has asked for documents to prove it. He won't tell me what kind or any example, just something to prove the link. Has anyone experienced this and what docs did you send?
