Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Paid $99 for Developer Program on March 12, accidentally cancelled — no subscription visible, no support response for 2 weeks
Hello Apple Developer Team, On March 12, 2026, I successfully enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and was charged $99.00 to my card ending in 7850. I received all confirmation emails: Order confirmation (Order Number: D009513784) Shipment notification Invoice receipt (Invoice Number: MC57312775, Sales Order: AEU5157309) The payment was fully processed — the invoice shows "Amount Due: .00" and confirms the charge. The $99.00 was also deducted from my bank account, which I can confirm via my bank statement. Shortly after, I accidentally cancelled the enrollment in my account. Since then: My developer account shows no active membership The subscription does not appear in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions The purchase is not visible on reportaproblem.apple.com, so I cannot request a refund there I have no option to renew or re-enroll on developer.apple.com The only proof of payment I have are the emails from Apple confirming the charge I contacted Apple Developer Support over 2 weeks ago — both via email and through the support website. I have received zero response. Phone support is not available in my country (Ukraine). This was my first time enrolling in the program. Payment charged and invoiced, but Apple Developer enrollment still shows “Proceed with Purchase”
Hi, I’m enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an individual from Albania. I completed the purchase through the Apple Developer app on iPhone. My credit card was charged, and I already received Apple’s invoice, but my account is still not activated after 5 days. In the app, I saw a message saying a confirmation email would be sent. On the website, when I log in with the same Apple Account, it still shows “Proceed with Purchase.” I already contacted Apple Developer Support and opened a case, but I have not received a response yet. Has anyone had the same issue after payment was already charged and invoiced? Thank you.

Enrollment Pending – Payment "Successful" but no charge and no access
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has found a fix for a stuck Apple Developer enrollment. I recently joined my company and need to get our environment ready, but I’m hitting a wall. The Timeline: Enrolled: Monday, March 23. Confirmation: Received the "2 business days to process" email. Current Status: My profile still says "Pending." The Issues: The portal gives me an option to "Complete enrollment by purchasing," even though I already did. Although the checkout showed "Success" at the time, no charge has appeared on my bank account yet. I’ve contacted Apple Support twice with no response so far. I’ve seen others mentioning similar issues lately. Has anyone managed to bypass this "Pending" loop without double-paying? Individual Enrollment Pending for 48+ Hours — No Response
I purchased the Apple Developer Program (Individual) over 48 hours ago. I received the Order Acknowledgement email confirming my US$ 99 payment was processed. However, my account still shows "Purchase your membership" and I have not received any activation email or follow-up. I submitted a support request (Case ID: 30000003529740) but have not received a response. The Apple Developer app also shows "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account," so I enrolled via the website as directed. Could someone from the Developer Program team please review my enrollment? Thank you.

Apple Developer Program contract already accepted
I had already accepted my Apple Developer Program License Agreement since the 20th of march 2026. But your banner stay in my business portal and say : "Le contrat de licence de l’Apple Developer Program a été mis à jour et doit être revu. Afin de pouvoir mettre à jour vos apps existantes et en soumettre de nouvelles, la personne titulaire du compte doit revoir et accepter le contrat mis à jour en se connectant à son compte." Please see if you don't have a bug and let me update my apps.

Enrollment Still Pending After Payment - Indonesia - Case ID 30000003428051
Hi Apple Developer Support team, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed payment on March 25, 2026. My account has remained on Pending status since then (2+ days). Details: • Invoice: MC60396668 • Order: D009545594 • Case ID: 30000003428051 • Country: Indonesia I never received an enrollment confirmation/verification email, only the invoice receipt. The subscription was automatically billed starting 20 March 2027 via my personal service provider / Maxis billing account, whereas it should have been charged to my company credit card instead. Enrollment Payment Stuck in Limbo - Web Pending, Developer App Locked Out
Hi everyone, I'm completely stuck in an enrollment loop and developer support emails have gone unanswered for a week. Hoping an Apple engineer here can flag my account to get this cleared. The Issue: I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program via the web portal (from Israel). The payment went into a "pending" limbo state. It has been a week, my card was never charged, and the enrollment is just stuck. I tried the recommended workaround of finishing the enrollment via the Apple Developer App on my Mac/iPhone. The app blocks me with the error: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I am now caught in a loop where the web portal is frozen waiting for a ghost payment, and the app refuses to let me restart the process. I am trying to launch a SaaS application and this backend bug is completely blocking my deployment schedule. Has anyone found a way to force-cancel a pending web enrollment so I can start fresh, or is there an Apple rep here who can look into my Apple ID and clear the block?

Week 7 of Pending Enrollment
I will keep posting this every week because I simply cannot wait anymore. 7 weeks of waiting is way too much. To me, it is absolute madness in 2026 to wait for months, especially when my passport/ID was successfully verified back in week 1 or 2. To make matters worse, I can't even call the support hotline because the phone option is unavailable and the email assistants only reply with the same automated templates. P.S. If by some miracle Apple Support reads this post or rather, this cry from the soul - and actually wants to help, I have already created two support tickets. When will my developer account be activated?
I have already paid the 99 USD for the enrollment, that was 8 days ago, I don't understand what is happening on the page it says that everything is managed in 48 hours... is there a problem? Additionally, I have generated a claim in Apple Support with caseID 102850171298 4 days ago, and it was not responded to in any way. I'm a little angry, it's not a cheap service and I have to work.

Should I enroll in Apple Developer Program with Apple ID set to U.S. if I need Germany for tax purposes?
Hello everyone, I am looking for advice from anyone who has experience with Apple Developer account setup across countries. My Apple account is currently associated with the United States, but I live in Germany and would like my Apple Developer setup to be associated with Germany for tax and administrative reasons. At the moment, I have not enrolled yet in the Apple Developer Program, because I am hesitant to proceed while the account is still tied to the U.S. I want to avoid creating complications later around tax information, billing or account maintenance. My app is essentially ready, so I am trying to make the right decision before enrolling. I would really appreciate guidance on a few points: Has anyone enrolled first and then later changed the country association successfully? Is it better to update the Apple account to Germany before joining the Developer Program? For developers based in Germany, did Apple require anything specific for tax or identity verification? Would enrolling with the account still associated with the U.S. create problems later for App Store Connect, payments or tax forms? I contacted Apple Support on March 21st to clarify this, but I have not yet received a response, so I thought I would ask here in case others have gone through the same process. Payment completed but Apple Developer Program still not activated
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on March 22, 2026 and the payment has already been successfully charged. I also received an invoice the next day (March 23, 2026). However, my account is still not activated, and the system continues to prompt me to complete the enrollment or make the payment again. Is this a normal delay in activation? How long does it usually take for the account to be activated after payment? Do I need to take any additional steps, or should I contact support directly? Thank you for your assistance.

realice un pago para el apple developer program. el cual ya fue cargado el cobro y aprobado por el banco pero no recibo autorización o respuestas de apple solo envían un link para que les envié un correo nuevamente dejándome en un circulo infinito de NADA, al borde de una demanda por parte de los inversionistas que están financiando la app en desarrollo. aunque la atencion por parte del call center es buena no pueden resolver los problemas solo me cambian entre departamentos

Please help! Apple Support Support is MIA Every app that I have in TestFlight returns with this message, I have attempted to contact developer account support that they have not returned any messages. It’s been over a week. “The requested app is not available or doesn't exist”

Our migration process was recently closed because a Developer Support Senior Advisor falsely claimed that our company website was inaccessible. The website is fully operational. Payment Confirmed but Apple Account Still Locked – No Support Response
I received the email confirming that I paid for my Apple account, but my account was never unlocked. I’ve already sent emails and requested phone support, but I haven’t been able to get help through any of these methods. I paid with my Visa card. Does anyone know what to do?
