I am the sole Account Holder for my Apple Developer Program account and am encountering an issue where the acceptance of the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement is not syncing correctly between the two developer portals.
Issue Details:
Agreement Status on developer.apple.com: I successfully accepted and reviewed the updated agreement at https://developer.apple.com/account. The Agreements section confirms the acceptance date as December 11, 2025 (as seen in the attached image).
Status on App Store Connect: Despite this confirmation, when I sign into https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/, I still see the following critical warning:
"The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account."
Impact: This prevents me from performing key tasks, such as creating a new app, which triggers an "Agreement Update" alert that only directs me back to the already-accepted agreement on the Developer website.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
I confirmed I am logged in as the Account Holder.
I cleared my browser cache and attempted the process on a fresh browser session.
My macOS is fully up to date.
I have already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not yet received a reply.
Request for Assistance
This is blocking my ability to submit and update apps. I am aware that direct phone support is often recommended for these issues, but my country is not listed for phone extension support.
Has anyone else experienced this sync delay or found a workaround that resolves the "Agreement Update" alert on App Store Connect when the agreement has been accepted on the Developer website?
Any advice on the next immediate steps I should take while waiting for my support ticket to be processed would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for advice or anyone who's experienced similar delays with nonprofit developer account enrollments.
Timeline:
In mid-September, we had some initial email validation issues during our nonprofit organization enrollment. Senior Advisor Kevin (case 102691832489) resolved those issues and cleared us to continue enrollment on September 16-17.
We continued immediately on September 17th, and our status changed to "Your enrollment is being processed" with enrollment ID UH4UT85YS3.
It's now been 28 days with no status changes, no requests for additional information, and no timeline.
Follow-up attempts:
I've called support three times (Sept 19, 26, and Oct 7). Each time I was told the application is "with a separate department they can't contact." They created additional cases but couldn't provide any updates or access to the reviewing team.
Questions for the community:
Is 28 days normal for nonprofit enrollment processing after continuing? Has anyone found a way to get status updates when regular support can't access the reviewing team? Is there a specific escalation path for nonprofit accounts that differs from standard enrollments?
We're a 501(c)(3) church launching an app for a capital campaign, so the delay is starting to impact our timeline. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Details:
Enrollment ID: UH4UT85YS3
Organization Type: Nonprofit 501(c)(3)
Continued enrollment: Sept 17, 2025
Current status: "Your enrollment is being processed"
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column. So then how can I review and accept it?
We are enrolling on behalf of an organization. We do have following information with us.
• Legal binding authority,
• Legal entity status,
• A D-U-N-S® number, and
• A website.
We are always getting the message as :-
There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support.
This seems very generic message we are not getting the reason why we are not able to enroll for apple dev program.

I have been working for a while now. Never encountered this issue. After accepting the invite from the organization. The organizations does not appear at developer apple account. But can see the organization at app store connect. Yes i have checked the account permissions. I have the admin role and developer role etc is checked everything is correct. This is not just me happening with my colleague as well.
Dear Apple Support,
I am writing to report a payment issue with my App Store Connect developer account.
The latest payment is marked as "Paid" in the Payments and Financial Reports section, but as of today, more than 3 business days have passed and the funds have not yet arrived in my bank account.
I have double-checked that my banking information is accurate and up to date. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide further clarification on the current status of the payment.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Hey guysI’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment for about a week and still no luck. As well as I got from a small talk with the customer support – Apple never got my money. So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. But I don’t know what’s really going on.Have any of you ever had issues like that?Or maybe you just know what’s going on and how to fix it?
Context
After our latest update we received a termination notice referencing 3.2(f) (feature/concept switching after review). The update itself included performance/stability improvements, bug fixes, numeric balance tuning, and a small user-initiated News panel (globe icon in the main menu) that displays a single static announcement image and can be closed at any time.
There are no links, no navigation, no login/UGC/ads, and no executable content in that panel. We do not collect personal data (no IDFA/ATT).
What we’ve done so far
Restricted any post-release changes to numeric balance values only.
The News panel remains strictly informational (one static image from our own domain with offline fallback).
Prepared a short screen recording and code excerpts that demonstrate these constraints.
Questions for the community
Has anyone faced a 3.2(f) action in a similar scenario (read-only announcement panel)? What clarifications or evidence helped your appeal?
Which additional safeguards (domain allow-list, redirect blocking, formal release checklists, etc.) proved most convincing to App Review?
Is it helpful to provide a short video (tap globe → panel shows a single image → close) along with code snippets confirming there’s no navigation or executable content?

Any practical advice or precedents would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.
I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!

Hello,
About 7-8 months ago, I received an e-mail stating that my apple developer account would be deleted after 30 days, and my account was deleted after 30 days.
I tried to contact many times, I got hopeful each time, but the Apple team never gave a full explanation.
They always responded saying they would be interested, but it never came to fruition.
In fact, I was most excited when I received the following e-mail:
Hello Oğuzcan,
My name is Joel, and I’m a senior Advisor with Developer Support. Your case has been given to me for further handling, and I’m happy to follow up with you today.
I understand that you have initiated a conversation in our developer forums.
Please, provide us more information and show us the email that you received, so we will assist your better.
Please, reply to the received email for obtaining more information as the appropriate team will be able to assist you better.
Please, reply to this email if you have further questions.
Have a great day.
Best Regards,
Joel
Developer Support
I was very hopeful when I read that he was a Senior Advisor. This e-mail came on July 28, 18:17, today is December 8, 2025.
I'm giving up hope now, my account won't be opened again. My members ask why there are no iOS versions of my applications, this is very difficult for me.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
I filled out forms and created requests many times.

Hello everyone,
I'm a developer who has been facing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account and the app submission process. I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support.
Timeline of Events
Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review.
Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone.
Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app.
Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem.
Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause.
Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months.
Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project.
Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days.
Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted.
Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America.
Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team.
Impact of the Issue
This situation has been very distressing as I’ve lost my developer account and the ability to publish apps. My users are constantly inquiring about the iOS versions of my apps, and I’m unable to provide them due to this issue.
Request for Assistance
I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Specifically:
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with app name similarity leading to account deletion?
Are there any specific steps I can take to appeal the account deletion?
Is there a direct way to contact Apple America for developer account issues?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide.
Best regards.

I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says:
"Unauthorized
Your account can’t access this page.
There may be certain requirements to view this content.
If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement."
What do I do?
We registered as a developer company (NGO) more than 50 days ago and it's still under review. We've already sent the documents, we've confirmed by phone, and every time we contact them we receive no information. They just tell us it's under review and there's no deadline for when this review will be completed. On the same day we registered with Apple, we registered with Google and our app has been published on Google for more than 30 days. We have no support or answers. Could someone help us to at least know a deadline for this review?
I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through.
I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hello Apple Developer Community,
We’ve been attempting to pay the Apple Developer Program enrollment fee for several weeks. Despite trying multiple browsers, credit cards, and devices, the payment consistently fails to process.
We also receive an error when trying to add a card to our profile. We've contacted support multiple times and have been assigned case number 102708816548, but the issue remains unresolved.
Additionally, we’ve been unable to submit a support request via developer.apple.com/support — the site either fails to load the form or does not allow us to proceed with a phone or email request. This has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through official channels.
We are a verified business and have followed all instructions provided by support. We’re now seeking help through the forums in hopes of escalating this issue or connecting with someone who has resolved a similar problem.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Apple Developer Community and Support Team,
I'm reaching out for advice and potential escalation on a stalled organization enrollment that's blocking our app launch. Here's a quick timeline:
Initial enrollment hit issues with D-U-N-S verification (now resolved) and email code delivery, leading to multiple failed attempts and temporary blocks.
After unblocking via support, we resubmitted and were directed to higher department review.
Submitted all required docs (company formation, passport/ID, etc.) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. No updates since—it's now Day 6 with zero communication on ETA.
This is critically urgent for our business: We have ~4,000 users pre-registered and waiting to download our personal development app (focused on habit-building and goal tracking). Projections show another 10,000 sign-ups in the next two weeks alone, pushing us to 15,000+ if resolved soon. These folks are already investing—our physical planners (promoting the app) are selling via Amazon and our website, http://www.freedommastery.com selling Life planners) and they're expecting seamless iOS access on launch day. Every day of delay risks churn, lost revenue, and momentum in a competitive space.
I've followed up via phone/email multiple times, but frontline support can't provide timelines or status. Enrollment ID: [Redact or insert your anonymized ID here for tracking].
Has anyone navigated a similar higher-review holdup? Tips for bumping priority (e.g., additional proof of urgency like waitlist data)? Any rough ETAs from recent org approvals? Grateful for any insights—Apple's ecosystem is key to our growth, and we'd love to get these users onboard ASAP.
Thanks in advance!

Long Story Short: I got started, and bought the apple developer account for ~ $99, and It just said me the payment was successful, and:
How many days more should I be waiting ?
Also one more question, would I be able to test my apps over my iphone after having an active Apple Developer Account ?
Any help is much appreciated.
Hi everybody,
I am trying to create a developer account, but I am having this problem:
The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.
However, the number and name of my company that I am entering are correct.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you in advance.
