Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. App Store Connect still shows “Developer Program Membership Expired” one week after renewal
Hello, I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on July 29, 2026. The payment was successfully processed, I received the invoice and renewal confirmation, and the Apple Developer website shows that my membership is active. For approximately one week, App Store Connect has continued to display this error: Developer Program Membership Expired Your membership has expired, and your apps have been removed from the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew, a user with the Account Holder role must sign in and renew the membership on the Apple Developer website. Because of this incorrect status, I cannot submit apps, and App Store Connect states that my existing apps have been removed from the App Store. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times. I received two responses, but neither addressed the App Store Connect membership-status issue. The renewal itself is already complete; the problem appears to be a synchronization issue between the Apple Developer portal and App Store Connect. Has anyone experienced this situation? How long did synchronization take, and was there a specific support team or escalation path that resolved it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Organization enrollment stuck 3+ weeks after employee verification — no response, phone callbacks not connecting (Case 20000126798187)
Hi, Posting here after exhausting standard support channels for a stuck organization enrollment. Timeline: July 18, 2026 — Submitted Apple Developer Program enrollment for our organization. July 20, 2026 — Received a request for Employee Verification. Submitted the required documentation the same day. Since then — No update, no email, no change in status. The enrollment has been sitting silently for over 3 weeks with no indication of what (if anything) is wrong. Support attempts so far: Opened a support case (Case number: 20000126798187) via developer.apple.com/contact and sent 2 follow-up messages through the case. No response to either. Requested a phone callback through the "Membership and Account" contact option 3 separate times. Each time, no agent connected after 45+ minutes of waiting for the callback. No error message, rejection notice, or request for additional information has been received at any point — the case simply shows no progress. What I'm asking: Could someone from Apple Developer Relations or a forum moderator help look into this case, or advise on how to get a response? I'm happy to provide any additional verification or documentation needed — I just have no visibility into what's blocking the review, and standard channels haven't been able to help. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

App Store Connect still shows “Developer Program Membership Expired” 4 days after renewal
Hello, I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on August 8, 2026, and the yearly membership fee was successfully paid. I received the payment confirmation, and my membership currently shows as active. However, I am seeing the following message: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs review. To review and accept the updated agreement, sign in to your account on the Apple Developer website.” When I sign in as the Account Holder, there is no updated agreement or option available for me to review or accept. My apps are currently unavailable on the App Store, and this has been the case despite my membership being successfully renewed. This is seriously affecting my business. Could you please urgently check my account and enable the agreement for review, or resolve any synchronization issue with my membership? Thank you.

App Store Connect Status Not Syncing After Successful Membership Renewal
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I recently renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on August 8, 2026. When checking my account portal at developer.apple.com/account, my membership status shows as active with the new expiration date set to August 9, 2027, and all current agreements have been accepted. However, my App Store Connect dashboard still displays a banner stating that my membership has expired, and my apps remain unavailable. Could you please assist in manually refreshing or syncing the account status between the Developer Portal and App Store Connect?

Complaints Handling: Member Blocked from App Store Connect
I have spent eight weeks trying to get this account opened, and I paid for it over six weeks ago. Roni confirmed that the escalation managers have had every piece of information they requested for weeks, but the account still has not been opened. I asked to file a complaint about the escalation managers. Roni could not tell me the name of the department that would review my complaint, nor could she explain the complaint process. After she gave me conflicting information, I said I would also like to complain about the lack of clear information; she told me she did not know Apple's complaint process at all. She then said that any complaint about her would go to a separate team. When I asked whether both complaints would go to the same team, she said she was not allowed to tell me. I have therefore paid for a service that has not been delivered, and been given no usable route to complain about either failure. An account taking 8 weeks is bad service. An advisor telling you she cannot name the reviewing department, cannot describe the process, and is not allowed to say whether two complaints go to the same team — that's a company with no functioning complaints route. Complaints are discretionary for Apple; money isn't. A paid-for service has to be performed within a reasonable time, and 6+ weeks with zero outstanding items is past it. App Store Connect isn't a convenience — it's the entire benefit of the thing I paid for. No App Store Connect means no submissions, no builds, no releases, no revenue. I haven't received partial service; I've received none of it.

Apple Developer Enrollment Issues, Payment Problems, and Account Access
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m having an issue with the enrollment and payment process. I initially signed up through the Apple Developer app. However, when I try to enroll, I cannot click “Enroll Now.” Under the enrollment section, I see a message saying: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” I then went to the Apple Developer website to try to complete the enrollment and pay the $99 USD membership fee. However, the payment did not go through, and I received the message: “We’re having a problem with your payment.” A team member then tried to make the payment using their credit card. The payment went through, and Apple asked me to provide identity verification documents. I uploaded the requested documents, and Apple confirmed that they received them. However, a couple of hours later, I received another email saying: “We’re having a problem with your payment.” This has left me confused about the status of my enrollment. My main concern is what happens if I successfully pay the $99 USD membership fee I’m wondering if there is an issue with my account, my enrollment, or a policy violation. What i need to do to receive my Developer Program membership, or could my enrollment account suspended/terminated after payment? When I log back into the Apple Developer website, I see this message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files. To sign in with a different Apple Account, or to continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Could someone please explain: Why my Apple Developer app says enrollment is not available for my Apple Account. Why my payment keeps showing “We’re having a problem with your payment.” Whether payment of the $99 fee guarantees enrollment or if Apple still has to approve the account afterward. What happens to the $99 payment if enrollment is rejected or the account cannot be activated. What happens if an enrolled developer later violates an Apple Developer Program policy Thank you for any help or clarification.

Active subscription not linked to enrollment record — Order MXG5MQXMB7
My Apple Developer Program subscription is active and has been charged, but my enrollment record does not reflect it. The payment and the enrollment appear to be disconnected. Apple ID: app.dev13 [at] icloud.com Order Number: MXG5MQXMB7 Sequence: 1-14176576193 Document: 684171427919 Invoice date: 4 August 2026 Amount: EUR 98.99 Subscription renewal date: 4 August 2027 Region: France What I see on my side: Settings > Media & Purchases > Subscriptions shows an ACTIVE subscription: "Apple Developer — Apple Developer Program Membership — EUR 98.99 — Renews 4 August 2027". developer.apple.com/account displays: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." The account header shows "(Pending)". The Apple Developer app shows "Apple Developer Program — Enrollment Pending — You'll receive an email soon", and the Enroll button is greyed out and cannot be tapped. So the subscription is billing, but the enrollment record behaves as if no payment was ever made. There is no identity verification prompt available anywhere, and no self-serve path forward. I have not clicked the "purchase your membership" link, to avoid being charged a second time for a membership I already hold. Relevant context: the email address on this Apple Account was previously on a domain that has since expired. Any message Apple sent before 6 August 2026 would have bounced and was never delivered. The account email was updated to app.dev13 [at] icloud.com on 6 August, and the account name was corrected to my legal name the same day. Both are now correct and reachable. I have also opened a support case through the Developer Contact form. Could an Apple Developer Support team member please review this enrollment and relink the existing subscription to the enrollment record? Alternatively, any guidance on the correct escalation path would be appreciated.

Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked for 2 months despite escalation – Case 102909604897
Title: Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked for 2 months despite escalation – Case 102909604897 Hello, I am seeking assistance with an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue that has now remained unresolved for approximately two months. When I attempt to enroll as an individual, clicking “Enroll” immediately results in: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” The error occurs immediately, before I can proceed through the enrollment process or reach payment. What has already been established: • My Apple Account works normally and two-factor authentication is enabled. • My legal name and account information are correct. • I can access developer.apple.com/account. • Apple Developer Support confirmed that my trusted device is already associated with an existing Apple Developer Program or Apple Developer Enterprise Program account. • I subsequently found an Apple email sent to my current Apple Account in January 2026 confirming “Agreement Signed: Apple Developer Agreement.” • I am not aware of any other active Developer Program membership that I could use. Support case 102909604897 was escalated to a Senior Advisor. I was informed that the Operations Team had reviewed the case and forwarded it to another appropriate internal team for further review. Unfortunately, approximately two months have now passed without resolution. I have followed up several times and have been told that support volumes are high, but I have not received a technical resolution, a request for additional information, or an estimated timeframe. This is now preventing me from using TestFlight and distributing my iOS applications. I understand that account-specific information cannot be investigated publicly. I am therefore not asking for account details to be disclosed here. Could someone from Apple Developer Program Support please review or internally follow up on case 102909604897 and advise whether any further action is required from my side? I am fully available to provide identity documentation or any other information required through an appropriate private Apple support channel. Thank you. Christian Thiel-Hirschmann

Apple Developer Enrollment On Hold for 1 year
Hello, My enrollment in the Apple Developer Program has been "On Hold" for over a year. I am applying for an individual account and urgently need access to complete my setup. I contacted Apple Support two weeks ago and received a single response stating they would look into it, but I have not received an update since. Any assistance or guidance from the community or forum staff on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apple Developer Account Migration Stuck for Over 3 Months — No Support Response
Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m posting here as a last resort, hoping someone from the community or Apple can help me resolve this issue. I have an individual Apple Developer account and submitted a request to migrate it to an Organization account. According to the message shown in my Apple Developer account, the migration is still being processed: “We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization.” The problem is that this has been going on for more than 3 months, and during this entire period, my developer membership benefits have been disabled, meaning **I cannot properly use my Apple Developer account or access the services I need. ** I have tried every available support channel I have genuinely tried everything I could: Support tickets: Submitted and still open, with no meaningful response. Email: Contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, with no response. Phone support: Called multiple times and waited more than 3 hours on some occasions, without someone answering my calls at all. I have repeatedly attempted to follow up, but I am still stuck at the same stage. At this point, I don't know what else I can do. Three months is an extremely long time for an account migration, especially when the process completely disables the developer membership. I understand that account migrations may require verification and processing, but there should at least be a clear status update or a way to escalate an issue that has been pending for this long. I would really appreciate it if someone could advise me on: How can I escalate this migration request? Is there a specific Apple Developer team or department that handles delayed organization migrations? Is there any way to get an actual status update on my request? Can Apple restore my developer membership benefits while the migration is being processed? I’m not looking to bypass Apple's procedures. I simply need someone to review the case and tell me what is causing the delay and what I need to do to complete the migration. My account currently shows that the migration is still being processed, as shown in the attached screenshot. If anyone from Apple Developer Support sees this, please help me escalate this case. Thank you.

Account Holder of a team, but portal shows free account and enrollment is blocked — support case unanswered for 3 weeks
I've hit a state I can't get out of and support hasn't responded, so posting here in case someone from Apple can route it. developer.apple.com/account shows me only the free-account view — no Membership section, no team, no Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, and no Renew option. It offers "Join the Apple Developer Program". But clicking Enroll lands on developer.apple.com/enroll/ineligible/account-holder: "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." Xcode: "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'S25RFUK37U' to which you belong." App Store Connect still works and still lists my published apps, so the team record clearly exists. So I can't enroll (Apple says I already have a membership) and I can't renew (no membership is exposed anywhere in my account). I'm the sole Account Holder, nobody else administers the account, and I received no email about expiration or termination. Case 102945522781 has been open since July 18 with three messages sent and only automated acknowledgements in return. Has anyone seen this specific combination, and is there a way to get a Developer Account team review other than the standard contact form?

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Stuck in "Processing"
Hello everyone, I need help with my Apple Developer Program enrollment, as I have been stuck in the processing stage since February 20 and I don’t know what else to do. When I initially tried to enroll, I was told that the process would take two business days, but it has been much longer now. Every two days, I have attempted to purchase again, but I always receive the same message telling me to wait another two days. I have checked my payment method, verified my Apple ID information, and followed all the recommended steps, but I still cannot complete the enrollment. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do to resolve it? I would appreciate any advice or guidance. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, Didier Orjuela

MFi Portal WPC enrollment declined, cannot reapply
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar administrative roadblock with the Apple MFi Portal (WPC Certification Program) and how it was successfully resolved, given that our official support channel tickets have been stalled for over two months. Background & Timeline of Events May 29 : Applied to join the WPC Certification Program. June 3 : Received an email stating the enrollment form was declined. June 17 : Replied via email providing additional clarification and context, as email was the only available communication channel. (with no alternative contact options accessible on the portal). Note: Due to an inactive or incorrect contact email provided in their system, my initial message was misdirected, causing two-weeks delay. June 25 : The WPC Cert team replied stating that we could enroll in the program. However, the portal status remained "Enrollment form declined" with no interactive options available. June 25 : Requested that they either approve our previous application or reset the account status so we could submit a fresh form. July 14 : Followed up due to a lack of response. July 16 : Support advised that we need to "create and fill out a new application." July 20 : Asked for instructions on how to create a new application or requested an account reset to enable a new submission. July 29 : Followed up once again to check on the progress. Present : No reply received, even after two weeks of waiting. The core Technical & Administrative Issue Portal UI Block : The portal page (https://mfi.apple.com/wpc-login) remains locked on the "Enrollment form declined" status screen. There are no buttons, menus, or interactive elements to reapply, submit a new form, or update the existing application. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Cleared browser caches and tested using Safari's Private Browsing mode. Installed alternative browsers and attempted access via Incognito mode. The screen layout remains identical with no mechanism to clear the status or start fresh. Support Feedback Limitation : Support simply advised to "create and fill out a new application.", but provided no technical path or portal interface to actually do so under our current account. Help / Advice Requested Since our support ticket has been unresponsive for over two months despite multiple follow-ups: Has anyone encountered a UI lock like this on the MFi portal after a declined status? Is there a specific backend account reset procedure or alternate escalation path to clear an existing profile's status without forcing the creation of a new account? Any guidance, insights, or advice on how to escalate this efficiently would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!

Developer Program Membership Renew
Hi! Our membership has been expired and we unable to renew it. On developer website it says to sign in to Apple Developer app and renew from there, but there is no any button or an option to renew it there. We have tried different devices. We think the cause is that developer account holder is a business managed account. Could anyone help us renew membership with business managed account as a account holder? Thank you!

Unable to continue Apple Developer Program enrollment after updating my legal name
Hello, I am currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my enrollment appears to be stuck. During the identity verification process, I realized that my Apple Account did not include my complete legal name. I updated my Apple Account at account.apple.com, and it now exactly matches my government-issued ID. However, the change does not appear to have propagated to Apple Developer. My Apple Account now shows my complete legal name, but the Apple Developer website still displays my previous name (without my middle name). At the same time, I can no longer continue the enrollment because every Apple Developer page redirects me to: “Need assistance with accessing your developer account?” Because of this, I literally cannot access any of the normal Apple Developer support options. Every support link redirects me back to the same page, leaving me unable to request a callback or access any other support workflow. The only option available to me is submitting the contact form shown on that page. I have already contacted Apple Developer Program Support multiple times. Original Case ID: 102832884586 (reviewed and re-escalated to Enrollment Operations after correcting my legal name) Latest Case ID: 20000129107913 (opened from the “Need assistance with accessing your developer account?” page because I remain unable to continue my enrollment) It has now been over a week since my case was re-escalated, and I have not received any updates. While searching the forums, I found thread 701338, where Apple Developer Support was able to update an enrollment after a legal name correction. Since my situation also involves a legal name update that does not appear to be reflected in Apple Developer, I am wondering if my enrollment could be in a similar unsynchronized state. Has anyone experienced something similar? If an Apple Developer Support representative is available, could you please review these cases if appropriate, or confirm whether the legal name associated with my enrollment may need to be synchronized manually? I would also appreciate confirmation that my enrollment is still progressing normally and has not become stuck in an inconsistent state. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

15-year account flagged for termination over one unreleased app — seeking advice
I am facing a nightmare scenario with Apple and need some advice or insights from anyone who has experienced something similar. The App Review Board is going to terminate our account because a new app has been rejected multiple times in the review process and remains unresolved. (4-5 times) No specific instructions or evidence provied, only guidelines (Section 3.2(f)) which are vague. We are very shocked that they are terminating our account because of an unreleased app (not visible to any user). We publish apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The Android version of this app was already released and has been running for half a year. We understand Apple has its standards, so we kept revising it in the review process. Google Play also has its own review process; a successful launch means the app couldn't have any serious problems. Our Apple developer account is 15 years old. We have always played by the rules. There are 10+ apps with many users. For the past month, all our update reviews have been paused because of this "flag for termination". If they actually terminate the account, does it mean they will permanently hold all our pending payments and delete/remove all our existing 10+ good apps? What's wrong with our existing apps that have been running for over a decade, and what about our dear users? Is this all because an unpublished app failed multiple times in the review process (but was released on Google and has been running for more than half a year)? We are very confused. What other department could we seek help from at Apple? Apple ID of the app: 6757391175 【Why mention Google's Play Store? It's not just app review rejections. (Different stores, different rules) 2. And It's not single app termination 3. It's account termination. It must mean the app violate rules seriously. But it's published on Google, so the app is a normal app. That's the reason mentioning it. 】

Pending Termination Notice Under Section 3.2(f) – Seeking Guidance Regarding Developer Identity Verification
Pending Termination Notice Under Section 3.2(f) – Seeking Guidance Regarding Developer Identity Verification Hello, Case ID: 20000132641773 I am seeking guidance regarding a Pending Termination Notice that I recently received under Section 3.2(f) and App Review Guideline 5.6.2 (Developer Identity). I fully respect Apple's policies and have always tried to operate within the App Store guidelines. However, I am struggling to understand the identity-related concerns mentioned in the notice. My Situation I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual developer. I completed the standard enrollment process and paid the membership fee. My developer account was approved and activated by Apple. During enrollment, I was not asked to upload a passport, National ID Card, driver's license, or any other identity verification documents. The account has been active for several years. I have multiple published applications and have invested significant resources into their development and growth. My Main Concern The notice states that Apple believes fraudulent or false identity information may have been provided. However: I have never intentionally misrepresented my identity. The name on the account belongs to me. I am fully willing to complete any identity verification process. I can immediately provide my Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License, proof of address, or any other documents Apple may require. Significant Business Impact The termination notice has affected all applications associated with my account. As a result: App transfers are disabled. Earnings payments are paused. Existing applications are impacted. Ongoing user acquisition and marketing campaigns have been disrupted. I have invested heavily in growing these applications, including substantial advertising spend through Meta Ads and other marketing channels. I can provide supporting evidence of advertising activity, installs, traffic, and user acquisition if requested. Questions Has anyone successfully resolved a similar Developer Identity (5.6.2) issue through additional verification? Has Apple allowed developers to submit identity documents after receiving a Pending Termination Notice? Is there any recommended approach when the developer is fully willing to verify their identity but was never previously asked to submit identity documents? I have already submitted an appeal and expressed my willingness to provide any form of identity verification required by Apple. Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have experienced a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Developer Account Terminated — No Explanation, App Never Published
My developer account was terminated on February 26, 2026. Case ID: 102831495509 I'm a solo developer. My app (Reazy, a text-to-speech tool for students with dyslexia) was never published — I was still in the review process. I have no other Apple developer accounts and have never had one terminated before. The termination email cited "documented indications of fraudulent conduct" under Section 3.2(f) but gave no specifics. I have not manipulated reviews, used fake accounts, or engaged in any fraudulent activity. I genuinely don't know what triggered this. I've submitted appeals via developer.apple.com/contact with no response. Can someone please explain what was flagged so I can address it? I'm happy to provide any documentation needed.

Apple Developer Support Delays?
Has anyone else experienced long delays with Apple Developer Program enrollment? I've been waiting for an update since 4 July and have sent multiple follow-ups, but I keep receiving the same response: they're handling a high volume of support requests or that they will get back to me when they have an update. Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for your enrollment to be approved.
