I noticed there was a warning on https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ after logging in, regarding some updates / terms and conditions pending to be accepted; the account holder accepted them and the warning disappeared. And only after that the api endpoints started to work again. So check for that, maybe it's the same cause. Thank you.
