UPDATE: Probably by a coincidence right after the post I received an update from a Support Team with an identity verification request. Finally a day later I got an Apple Developer Welcome letter. Still I have some issues with an access to App Store Connect. “Currently Unavailable“ message persists at the app main screen while the web version is available. Hope the Apple Team will keep their hospitality while helping us in our further development journey!
