Hey I'm also facing the same issue. Purchased my apple developer program on 13 April 2026 and hasn't got the updates from Apple Support. I'm also still seeing the "complete purchase" and currently confused what to do next. I can't just wait because this is becoming a big blocker for my dev team rollout plan. Has your issue been resolved yet?
