After talking with support, they starting its a beta issue, even though I duplicated the issue with 14.4 public. so I’ll be factory resetting my phone tonight. Again

They didn’t call me until this morning. The guy I talked to had no clue what Guided Access even was. Thought it was a 3rd party app or something. No resolution yet.

I’m speaking with apple support today. Will update when I know more
