It's written as a daemon. It's just the application is confusingly called "Agent". It's installed to a folder on the desktop/ file system, it's not an app bundle as it does things like self updating and installs ffmpeg. The plist is generated from https://github.com/ispysoftware/agent-install-scripts/blob/main/v2/com.ispy.agent.dvr.plist and installed into /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.ispy.agent.dvr.plist
