iOS 15.4.1 and Xcode 13.3.1 - got an error they were incompatible. It happened on the Xcode version before and after updating Xcode to 13.3.1, got the same error, I eventually just followed the advice and restarted my iPhone and it started working.🤦🏻‍♂️
