Did you upgrade to a 16GB machine, or or are you keeping your 8GB ? I am planning to get an M1 mini, mainly for Xcode and because of my budget would rather get 8GB / 512GB than 16GB / 256GB at the same price. A lot of reviews I have seen suggest 8GB should be fine, but then an equal number recommend going for 16GB ! Thanks.
