That is not the case. The app has access to both... And I doubt there is something off in configurations because otherwise, widgets wouldn't have worked at all. The issue happens randomly... Usually, after installing a new app version, the previously working widget shows placeholder data (like a skeleton)...

@Jacob_PL_A as I mentioned in the post, it happens only to some users and occasionally... Which makes me believe that the configs are correct, otherwise, it wouldn't have worked ever... for anyone...
