It's possible that disabling source control in Xcode preferences, then reenabling it might of fixed this sporadic crash issue...

Same issue in Xcode 13.3. Very fast internet. Hangs on Uploading package to Apple Services... and eventual kernel panic and whole computer crashes. M1 macbook air.
