We are facing same the issue. Is there a work around for Redemption Codes to be redeemed world wide in any region.

We are having same issue. Apple needs to address this as soon as possible. Redemption code generated from ABM should work in any region. Using MDM for BYOD is insane. No one will signup for company apps using MDM on personal devices.

I am also having same issue. Unable to download new Key. Tried almost all the solutions proposed by awesome community around the world. Please fix it at priority.
