Same on my end. If I use Hablo's solution, my System Settings will have most of its options removed, and I won't be able to use iCloud. If I don't then Xcode won't even recognize the GPX files. In fact if I go to Add GPS Exchange to Workspace, it doesn't allow me to add any .gpx files at all. They are all greyed out.
