I have the same problem trying to extract Xcode 15, 15.1, and 15.2. No matter what I try, I get the "Data is Corrupted" message. Download from Google Chrome Download from Safari Downloaded far too many times. Downloaded different versions. I use no download manager. Use the local unarchiver Use several other unarchivers I am on MacOS 13.7.4, and Xcode 15.2 is the latest compatible version. If I weren't already bald, I would have pulled out all my hair by now.
