I've got the same issue. It still appears to be crashing on Xcode 14.1 :(

According to @EEHare on Twitter, there was an issue with the "Apply Now" link yesterday. The issue lasted just a few hours, but because it took some time to fix, the deadline was extended 24 hours to make sure everyone has enough time to submit :)
