Hey! So I kind of have them same issue. I have the iOS 16 PB1 iPhone XS. My phone starts charging but cannot get past the apple logo. Then it greens screens then goes back to 'dead but charging'. I went to the apple store and Best buy and they both said it was most likely a logic board issue. And that the phone was bricked. I don't know if this sounds like yours but just for some comparison!
