We resubmitted with the account holder and I still only see one vendor ID when I create a new identifier and provisioning profile.

I've submitted it. I did notice one strange thing though. The form auto-fills the organization field with my personal developer account instead of my company account and I can't change that.

FB16277389 on the Feedback Assistant, and the other day I did a general app support request as well 102521351511. And I did one on another account in December FB16115578.

I have the same problem. Whenever I submit the request I get back what seems to be an automated response saying that I can now use my entitlement. It doesn't seem like anyone actually looks at the description.
