The problem remains. I've tried to make a payment several times over the course of two weeks, all without success. I only receive automated responses saying that my order will be processed within 48 hours, but there is no follow-up. I contacted support only today, but I suspect there will be no response either. Has anyone else faced this issue and managed to resolve it? Please share how you did it.
