Same. 12.0.1 MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB Frequent crashes immediately after Monterrey upgrade. Seems to only crash when using two monitors connected via USB to HDMI hubs/cables. My home two-monitor setup with two usb-c monitors hasn't crashed yet.
