I've been seeing this issue for a long, long time. simctl runtime dyld_shared_cache update --all does nothing, and disabling "Debug Executable" does nothing either. It's 1-2 minutes between "Running MyApp on iPhone 18 Pro" (auto-switch to sim with black screen) and when debug logs actually start flowing and my app launches.
