Reply to New Apple Developer Team not showing up in Xcode
In Xcode in Target > your app> signing/capabilities enable or disable and re-enable the automatically manage signing option and then check below if your team appears. Otherwise check Xcode >Preferences > Accounts >Team if the team appears, if necessary delete the Apple ID in the Apple ID list by clicking (-) in the lower left corner and re-entering the Apple ID by clicking (+)

Reply to Xcode 12.0.1 Download more simulators runtime is empty
I had the same problem. I noticed that the computer was without internet. After I connected to the internet the iOS simulator versions appeared (iOS 15, 14, 13...)

Reply to Xcode does not show my other team
Try this solution: Missed granting permission for Xcode to see the manager profile which would be at  appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/users . In your profile under Additional Resources ask to enable Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles and their sub-items. After that try accessing the team in Xcode in Xcode >Preferences > Accounts >Team
