[Edit] I have gotten it back. It may be the result of issuing a defaults delete com.apple.dt.Xcode command, but I'm pretty sure I tried that before without an effect. The issue returned, and I issued that command again, and it seems to be working now. But something is causing the issue to crop up intermittently, and I'm not sure what's causing it.
