Strangely I was getting this tonight all of a sudden and I did NOT have a certificate with a + on it. I'd had this problem before with the + and this solved it as above. But tonight there was no plus. I had been switching between Xcode 13.4.2 and Xcode 14.2 and maybe something got messed up. To fix I did two things: toggled my cert to + and back and restarted Keychain Access. One of the two fixed it for me and I could build again.
