I didn't have any issues with Xcode 16.2, but with the update to 16.3 it gave me the Invalid Utterance error. The explanation above makes a lot more sense after watching the video. Thank you for posting that link. In my case, the AppShortcuts.xcstrings didn't automatically update after rebuilding like it did in the video. But after closing Xcode and reopening, then it worked. Thanks!
