I does prevent me from developing. I am not using Xcode but Visual Studio on a PC using Dotnet MAUI. It requires that the provisioning profile is installed for a device. The profile is created on the web and then installed manually in that dialog. Since the dialog is not showing I have no means of provisioning the device for my (MAUI) App. I do have the .mobileprovision file on my MAC but I cannot install it.
