By now the following version works for me on macOS Ventura 13.2.1 : tensorflow-macos==2.10 tesorflow-metal==0.6 Really helpful since the lazyloading problem was fixed in tensorflow 2.10. Now hover documentation and autocompletion worked as a charm.
