Following up on the original question: is it allowed for my app to detect how much time I used another app (e.g. YouTube) right away in the last 10 minutes? Scenario: User opens my app & sees that he used YouTube for 0 seconds > switch to YouTube and watched videos for 6.2 minutes > switch back to my app & sees he now used 6.2 minutes of YouTube?
