i managed to find a workaround. i deleted Xcode and all it's associated files via AppCleaner. then i downloaded the 26.5 RC file on the Apple Developer site. the "Sign In With a ChatGPT Account..." still isn't working, but they added an "Authenticate with configuration file..." option. if you set it up with that, then it works just fine.

so i actually tried deleting the codex component and redownload it, but im still running into the same issue. sign in handshake seems to failing.

im seeing 0.129.0-alpha.9 on my end. is it worth deleting and redownloading it anyways? (also for some reason when i try to comment on a response i get the error: "Your post couldn't be saved. Please try again in a few minutes")
