Can’t use my account after registering for the membership program
I already filed a ticket with the support team, but they just told me that I need to wait. Honestly, I’ve been waiting for 2 or 3 months since the first ticket, so I’m curious if I did something wrong. The issue is that after registering for the program, I can log in to my account but can’t access the certifications page. It says that I haven’t registered for the program, even though I did, and I’m listed as both the account holder and admin. I suspect this problem occurred because I changed my email address. The last time I registered for the Apple Developer account, I used a different email, and this time I used another one. Has anyone else faced this issue? I’m new to iOS development, so please let me know if I did something wrong. Edit: I called the support team three times, and they told me to wait for the process. Now, three months have passed. I’m just curious if anyone here has received the same poor support as me.

Can’t use Apple Developer after being registered for almost a year???
Almost a year with this problem and no support, even after calling and emailing them. $99 for nothing???

This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program.
I have already enrolled in the program, but when I access the certifications page, this error happens. I spent $100, and even after almost 6 months, I still can’t use my account. This is a very bad experience.
