I downloaded the latest Xcode (version 15.1) and the issue is resolved now.

I'm having the same issue since I recently updated to the latest Xcode 15.0 a couple of days ago. Were you able to fix the issue or find a workaround? Thanks.

Same issue. Xcode freezes all the time now since upgrading to Big Sur 11.2 and Xcode 12.4.
