Update: I confirmed this behavior on the latest beta versions. The issue reproduces on both iOS 27.0 beta3 and iOS 26.6 beta4. Specifically, when the target App Clip has never been launched on the device before, the App Clip card does not appear on the first tap of the default App Clip invocation URL (in Safari / Notes app). The card appears on the second tap, or when the metadata is already cached. Even after that, the issue can still occur intermittently on the first tap when there is no cache, although the reproduction rate is low.
