Good to know downgrading Xcode is a solution for now. I only started having this problem in Xcode 13 RC so I think something is up... Although I'm surprised if it's as bad as I've experienced more people aren't talking.

If you can, feel free to upload your project and I can see if it also happens on my machine. These kind of simple examples should be submitted through the Feedback Assistant as I think we're dealing with an Xcode problem.
