Reply to Unable to verify my identity for Apple Developer account enrollment
Any update? It's been 6 months since the same thing happened to me, and Apple has refused to answer any of my questions, only saying that they were "unable to verify [my] identity" and thus could not "provide further assistance." I know it was a lie because I offered several times to provide additional forms of identification, but I'm just confused about why exactly. And @Kavin13, if they made you provide your ID, I'm thinking it's likely they already knew you were rejected, but they simply wanted your ID on file so that they could reject you if you happened to apply with another Apple account in the future. That's what happened to me.

Reply to We’re unable to make this call.
Sorry you're going through this. The same thing happened to me. When I did get through to support, everyone was very kind on the phone until after putting me on hold, after which their demeanor completely changed and I was treated like some sort of criminal. I had two calls in total, and they've effectively banned me from making any additional ones. My "point of contact" has not gotten back to me, despite their email stating that I could reply to the thread and reach out by text/voice message. Did you ever get help with this?

I am having this same issue. I spoke for hours on the phone with developer support and I was told that: I've been denied enrollment into the program. The decision to deny my enrollment was final. I'm not entitled to know why I was denied. There was absolutely no way to escalate my inquiry further within that department or any other department at the company. While the senior advisor was the one with the final say, she herself does not physically have access to the reason for my rejection. Desperately looking for answers. None of this makes sense to me, and I have absolutely no clue why this is happening.
