Has Apple MBP quality dropped? Why we kept having update issues? I never had these issues before I upgraded my MBP 2012 to M1 Max MBP 2021. :-(

12.3.1 still does not work for my MBP 16inch 2021 through the normal updates. I have not tried safe mode since I am afraid it may brick it.

12.3.1 still fails. I am reluctant to use safe mode to upgrade it again. Not sure why Apple keeps getting this problem.
