Sadly no (except if you implement a custom slider yourself). I am monitoring this issue with every iOS release. As of iOS 27 beta 3, though, it is still not fixed.

The issue is not limited to sliders having a step parameter. It can also still be reproduced with the latest iOS 26.2 beta 3.
