Same. Anyone file a bug report?

Similar issue. I even gave up on using the Xcode app to view my build logs. Today I checked again and saw the loading screen. I thought to check the Console app for any issues so I started streaming then closed and reopened Xcode. Seems the issue resolved itself as my Cloud tab was populated with my settings.

Please open a new bug report with Apple and reference FB9929569, this is the best way to gain traction with Apple. Also, you should be commenting on the original topic, not answering, as your answers are merely the same issue repeated again. :)
