thanks , i've tried again and filled all info also i entered my card details which they processed the payment and the fees got deducted from my bank account , and i got email to upload identity document which i uploaded my passport photo , so now im waiting to process it and get my account activated since i already paid the fees and uploaded the passport photo , i hope it will not take long time.
